LADA on “SILK WAY” Rally

LADA – OFFICIAL CAR OF THE “SILK WAY” RALLY

As part of the motorsport development and support strategy, the LADA Brand has become the partner of the “Silk Way-2022” international rally, which will be held on the Astrakhan-Moscow route from 7 to 16 July, 2022.

20 passenger cars of the LADA brand will join the support fleet of the “Silk Way” rally to solve different organizational tasks – starting from technical inspection of the route on the cross-country terrain to transportation of goods and guests of the rally. The XRAY, Largus, Vesta family cars, as well as the Niva Travel SUVs will transport media representatives, organizers, judges and partners of the competition. The LADA exposition will also be a part of the show for the audience at the start and finish of the rally.

The “Silk Way” International rally project traces its history back to 2009, uniting both the regions of the Russian Federation and Eurasian countries for many years. The rally was held in such countries as Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan. In 2022, the route mileage will be 4380 km, 2800 rm of which will be special stages.
